On October 15th, Momentum Leaders celebrated the graduation of Huntsville’s inaugural Upward class. We are so excited for Huntsville’s start with the upward program and this first class of wonderful women. Over the course of nine months, participants dedicated themselves to intentional growth through Momentum’s leadership development experience.
Participants developed a stronger understanding of their values and leadership styles. They learned how to communicate effectively across different work environments and lead with confidence. Beyond the classroom, participants gain lasting fulfillment in their work and sharpen their ability to lead teams with collaboration.

Momentum is thrilled to see the success of Huntsville’s first Upward class and the impact they are already making in their workplaces and communities. As these women continue to lead, they are paving the way for the next generation of female leaders across North Alabama.

The Upward program runs from February to October and features two cohorts of approximately 30 women each: one for early career and one for mid-career.
