The Executive Leadership Program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to help women unlock their potential, focusing on leadership skills, work-life management, and personal growth. Over the course of a nine-month curriculum, Momentum leverages world-class leadership experts, an extensive network of 500+ women leaders, and a unique approach to both personal and professional growth that result in a transformational experience.

Huntsville Executive Class Two
The Birmingham Executive Program supports women in navigating the dynamic growth of Birmingham’s emerging sectors, including healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. Similarly, the Huntsville Executive Program focuses on supporting women as they tackle the distinct challenges in fields like aerospace, defense, technology, and more. Both programs are grounded in a holistic approach, empowering women leaders to thrive and succeed, no matter their industry.

These rising executives will begin their programs with an orientation and opening retreat at Pursell Farms (Birmingham Class) and Marriott Schoals Hotel and Spa (Huntsville Class).
