Bella Tylicki’s story is similar to many other women in the Momentum network. Once she experienced what Momentum was all about, she began to see impactful opportunities for herself – opportunities to develop her network, grow her skillsets, and become a better leader. Since 2019, she has attended Momentum community events, webinars, and has even been through our mentoring program.
“I decided to seek a mentor through Momentum’s mentorship program during a really critical time in my professional career. I graduated from college in May of 2020, which was a challenging time for everyone. I was seeking someone who could really help me navigate not just the post-grad experience, but also someone who could be there as a confidant during some really challenging times,” she recently shared.
Now, three years later, Bella is in our current Upward Class.
“I’m particularly excited to be participating in the Upward program at the age of 25. By taking advantage of all the wonderful resources and work that Momentum has to offer, I am putting my best foot forward and really starting my career on the right track. It’s something that I haven’t found anywhere else, and I know I’ll see Momentum’s impact on my life through the rest of my career,” Bella said.
Together, through the Upward Early-Career Program and our community resources, we are reaching more of Alabama’s women at earlier stages in their careers.
